: Pour half of the marinara sauce over the squash, followed by half of the basil and all of the Italian seasoning.

: Sprinkle half of each cheese type (parmesan, ricotta, and mozzarella- in that order) over the herbs and sauce.

: Arrange the meatballs and cherry tomatoes on top, gently pressing them into the layer of cheese and sauce.
