I'm a Superpower partner and earn a commission on signups through my link. Superpower provided my membership and blood draw at no cost in exchange for sharing my experience. These are my honest opinions.
Would I use Superpower again? Yes, and I plan to keep using it.
Scheduling was easy, a pleasant phlebotomist came to my home, and my results were ready by the end of the week.
What impressed me most was how much I learned afterward.
I could ask questions, compare older bloodwork, and look at my results alongside how I had been feeling. My thyroid markers and ferritin gave me specific things to pay attention to.
Even with my nutrition background, some findings surprised me. Others confirmed what I already suspected.
Pricing update, October 1, 2026: Superpower currently advertises membership from $349 yearly, including baseline testing and a retest. This review describes my initial 100+ biomarker blood draw and my experience using the app.

My Superpower At-Home Blood Draw and Results Timeline
I scheduled my appointment quickly, and the phlebotomist came directly to my home.
The woman who came was very pleasant. She made the whole experience comfortable and simple.
By the end of that week, my results were already in the Superpower app. I had never received bloodwork results that quickly before!
Having the blood draw at home was especially convenient. I didn't have to leave the house or fit another trip into my day.
What Does Superpower Test?
My baseline covered 100+ biomarkers across several areas of health.
I appreciated seeing information about nutrients, hormones, thyroid health, heart health, blood sugar, liver and kidney function, and inflammation together.
Some markers that interested me included ferritin, vitamin D, cortisol, thyroid markers, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein.
That fits with my holistic approach to nutrition. I want to understand how my food, daily habits, symptoms, and health information connect.

What I Learned From My Results After Five Years Without Bloodwork
To be honest, I hadn't been getting regular bloodwork. My last blood draw was around five years ago.
I'd previously paid out of pocket to see a naturopathic doctor. That involved a lengthy intake, consultation, and bloodwork.
Even after that process, I still wanted clearer guidance about nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements.
For me, Superpower provided more useful insight than my last few rounds of bloodwork combined.
I also appreciated the simpler process. Previously, I'd needed an appointment, the blood draw, and another visit to discuss next steps. This time, I could begin reviewing my results and asking questions through the app.
My results showed slight changes in my thyroid markers. My ferritin was also lower than I wanted to see.
The interactive findings helped me understand what I wanted to focus on and which changes I could consider. I had a clearer idea of what to monitor next time and what to discuss with my doctor.
I made a handful of intentional changes after reviewing my results. Since then, I've noticed more energy and clearer thinking.
I can't tie everything to one result or one change. What I can say is that the information gave me direction.
I wasn't left wondering what to do with a page of numbers. I genuinely wish I'd known about this sooner.
How I Use Past Bloodwork, Wearables, and the AI Concierge
The ongoing app access has been one of my favorite parts.
I uploaded older bloodwork and could compare it with my new results. I'm also able to connect compatible wearable data and track symptoms.
Having everything together makes it easier to look for changes and patterns.
Then there's the AI Concierge.
When something catches my attention, I can ask about it instead of leaving the question unanswered. The explanations have helped me understand my biomarkers and decide what I want to research further.
I've especially appreciated exploring nutrition and functional health questions using my own results as the starting point.
The AI isn't my doctor. It helps me understand the information and prepare better questions for appointments.
I'm getting much more use from my results than I would from a report I read once and put away.
Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Supplement Recommendations
I don't like guessing which supplements I need because someone online recommended them.
Superpower's personalized action plan gave me suggestions connected to my results. I also appreciated being able to explore recommendations through its supplement marketplace.
The membership also includes 24/7 access to a care team through the app.
I still consider whether each recommendation makes sense for me. Bloodwork gives me information to work with, rather than a reason to take every suggested supplement.
That's what I found helpful: less guessing and more direction.

What I Wish I Knew About Add-Ons and Extra Fees
During checkout, I was offered additional testing options. It can be tempting to keep adding them.
Don't feel like you need to buy everything. I didn't.
I chose the baseline for my first experience. I wanted to see those results before deciding whether to explore anything further.
Optional testing can increase the cost. I would discuss additional testing with my practitioner rather than order everything simply because it's available.
Also, at-home blood draws carry an additional fee. My visit was provided as part of this partnership, so that wasn't an expense I personally paid.
I loved the convenience, but the home visit isn't included in the advertised membership price. Check the full total before booking.
Is Superpower Worth It? My Honest Take
For me, yes. I plan to continue using it.
I would recommend it to family, friends, and clients interested in understanding their health information.
The value comes from being able to use the results afterward.
I have older bloodwork to compare, new findings to follow, and somewhere to ask questions between appointments. I also have a clearer idea of what I want to discuss with my practitioner.
I feel more involved in understanding my own health, and I've learned things I wish I'd known sooner.
Thank you, Superpower, for giving me the opportunity to try it.
