Add cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and buffalo sauce to your Instant Pot. Set the pressure cooker setting to high pressure for 1 minute. It takes about 15 minutes to come to pressure. Once the timer goes off, quick release the pressure immediately.
Stir in the Fage yogurt and half of the cheese until the cheese melts slightly. It will make a nice creamy sauce. Turn the broil setting on your oven to 400-500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Carefully transfer the mixture into an oven-safe casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese in an even layer on top.
Broil the casserole for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and turns a light golden brown color. Remove from oven to cool and add chives on top to garnish. Let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve hot!
