Instructions
Scoop coconut cream from the top of a can of coconut milk into a bowl.
Using an electric frother, froth the coconut milk until light and airy. If needed, slightly warm the cream to loosen its structure and allow for easy frothing.
Warm the coconut milk from the can in a saucepan on medium-low heat until it bubbles and steams. 1-2 min approximately
Add the spices, vanilla, and sweetener, if desired. heat for 1-2 minutes more so the flavors meld.
Pour the golden milk into a mug.
Add frothed coconut cream to the top. Give it a stir or swirl, as desired for presentation.
Garnish with sprinkled cinnamon and enjoy!
