This Avocolada Tropical Smoothie is a delicious and healthy copycat of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe's version. Packed with creamy avocado, sweet pineapple, and refreshing lime juice, it's perfect for hot summer days or as a post-workout snack. Enjoy the tropical flavor with natural ingredients and no added sugars.
Add ½ cup of coconut milk, frozen pineapple chunks, avocado, fresh spinach, and lime juice to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is mostly smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender.
Add ice cubes if it is too thin and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut milk a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste the smoothie. If needed, adjust the sweetness by adding raw honey or maple syrup to taste. Blend again briefly to mix in any additional sweetener.
Pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice or a sprinkle of shredded coconut, if desired.
