Using 2 simple ingredients milk and kefir grains Choose raw dairy milk, goat's milk or coconut milk

Add milk and kefir grains

If you don't have kefir grains, you can use a high quality live probiotic capsule. break it open and sprinkle on top! Check out the article for more specific info

Add toppings if you desire... but first...let it ferment for 1-2 days

Cover with a cheesecloth

24-48 hrs

Strain the kefir grains out and save for later use, its the gift that keeps giving!

Taste and Enjoy!

Fermenting, kefir should be in warm or room temperature, but store once done in the fridge in an airtight container.
